First, if your computer is Bluetooth enabled, you can not send. Most laptops have this capability.
To be honest, I'm not 100% sure how to send with Windows, but I have a Mac, be more specific about what kind of computer do you have? Is this a laptop or desktop? Which model of desktop or laptop it is?
